Walk and Talk Therapy

COMING SOON Walking Therapy is relatively new style of Counselling whereby the initial meeting is held within the Counselling room and subsequent sessions are conducted as the client and therapist walk together. Our therapists offering this style of therapy have a variety of pre-planned routes in the Chiltern Hills for you to choose from to meet your individual needs. This is great for clients who find the concept of sitting face to face a daunting prospect.

Intuitive Heart Healing

Intuitive Heart Healing is a deeply relaxing treatment that requires you to briefly identify your presenting issue before participating in a unconscious cleansing whilst in your meditative state. This work is effective and normally only requires 1 to 2 sessions for a significant emotional shift to occur.
